Who is Rebel Kindly for (and not for)?

Rebel Kindly is for you if you want to thrive with change. And if you are willing to try new things and keep on trying when things get tough.

Rebel Kindly is for you if you want to start some change. Whether that’s changing yourself or starting a whole new movement to make the world better. Size isn’t important.

Rebel Kindly is for you if change is happening to you and you’re feeling out of control. Maybe you started the ball rolling or something else did, but you’re struggling. Lots of emotions, too many things happening, not sure about what you want or how to get there.

Rebel Kindly is for you if are struggling with other’s expectations. It will help you see the trees in the wood and work out a way for you to find your passion and rebel in your way.

Rebel Kindly is for you if you want to build relationships and communities. Thinking about how to be kindly and compassionate and then practicing being it will help you and others thrive. Gentle but not easy!

Rebel Kindly is not for you if:

  • You are looking for someone else to solve your issues or tell you your path. That’s your job here, although I’m happy to help you find the answers.
  • You are looking for an easy solution – this needs you to work hard, keep going and be honest with yourself. And to make sure you learn and grow.
  • You want to “win” at your change. The Rebel Kindly way is about being compassionate and collaborative and about the journey as well as the destination. That’s what I call thriving!
